I will do my best for you on each and every item you see here at Etsy or the website. It is my livelihood and I take each item I create very seriously and appreciate each and every customer :o)

I have a new schedule starting in 2023. The shop will be open from mid February until November each year. After that I will be closed through the holidays and really cold months. Spring, Summer and Fall for me from now onward. (My fingers and toes just can't take the cold.... Brrrrrr!)

If you would like to order more than one item, and have the shipping combined, please send me a message prior to placing the order. The cart system does not combine the shipping cost on most items. Most of the time combining the items does not help much on the shipping cost, but sometimes it can make a difference.

Everything in my Etsy shop is Handmade By Me. What is handmade? It is an item that was built by hands, not a machine using a die cut pattern on an assembly line. Not something mass produced so that it is the exact same over hundreds or thousands of times it is made. Every single item in my shop is made by me, one at a time, no die cut patterns used, no assembly lines, just my little little ole hands and tools are in my shop, nothing else. So when you purchase from me you are getting an individual handmade item that is different from all other items. For instance, if you buy 6 of the same item none of those 6 items will ever be exactly alike. Each one will be different. That is what handmade is all about!!

My shipping days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
I rarely ship on Monday or Tuesday and never on Saturday. Our PO ha a very small 1-1/2 hour day on Saturday so it just doesn’t happen :o)

I have always been a crafty person. But when I discovered wood, the rest was history. I love creating things out of wood.

My woodcrafts shop was built more than 20 years ago and that is where I spend most of my time. I get totally lost in my own little world while working in my shop.

Please feel free to go the website and look around. I have had the website since 2001 and has been my bread and butter ever since. I treat my customers the way I would wish to be treated, so... like kings and queens :o) I customize all the time as well, so if it is your wish then it is my wish and I will do my best for you.

The website is in the process of being completely revamped and is almost entirely completed. But there are still areas being worked on. Please pardon all the html dust you might find as I work to give it the facelift it needs :o)

If you see something here on Etsy, but can't find it on the website, drop me an email, it is probably lost in the virtual dust of renovation :o)

I have listed everything in ""Made to Order"" status as of Jan 1st 2022, but I don't think that status is showing to the customer hence this message :o) A little info on Made to Order items.... an "in stock" amount must to be shown in order to create the listing regardless if it is "made to order" or not. That doesn't seem logical but that is how Etsy has their listing process set up. So, if it says "In Stock" that means it is either sitting on a shelf waiting to ship or I am working on a round of them (* Made to Order *) and they will ship in the designated time frame set up in shipping. I have 100% on time shipping and your order will ship within that time frame. If you have any questions please send me a message, I aim to please :o)
Also, if you ever feel the need to return an item, the item cost is all that is covered in a refund as I don't have the shipping monies... the USPS got those monies when it was shipped :o)
